The intramural training of the "Federal Practice" has begun at the Ministry of Industry and Trade

On May 15, the intramutal training of the "Federal Practice" was opened at the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation. The program was attended by heads of regional executive governments for industry, trade and energy from 14 subjects of Russia.

The participants were welcomed by the Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Alexei Bezprozvannykh, the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Association of Clusters, Technoparks and SEZs of Russia Andrey Shpilenko and Director of the Association Mikhail Labudin.

“The federal program is an opportunity not only to gain theoretical knowledge, but also to discuss the practical implementation of prepared projects. It is the good way to establish communication with each other,” said Alexei Bezprozvannykh, Deputy Head of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade.

He paid special attention to the issues of establishing contact between federal and regional authorities, cooperation between ministers. “The key task of the Federal Practice, in addition to listening to theoretical information, is to test hypotheses in practice and determine how best to solve the problems of industrial development in the region,” Andrey Shpilenko, chairman of the Supervisory Board of the ACTP of the Russian Federation, told the ministers.

He spoke about the implementation of tools such as clusters, industrial parks and industrial technoparks, and outlined state support measures for the development of regional industry, which are provided by the Ministry of Industry and Trade in accordance with federal law.

“At the preliminary defense, the ministers presented a plan for the development of industry in their regions for the coming years. Based on the project's results, the creation of 6 industrial technoparks, 11 clusters and 5 industrial parks was supported. The total volume of investments is 51 billion rubles,” said Mikhail Labudin, director of the ACTP of the Russian Federation.

He spoke about the activities of the Association, where he paid special attention to ESG issues. He noted that since 2021, the ACTP of the Russian Federation has taken the topic of sustainable development into active work. "Federal Practice" is a methodological program of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, conducted on a regular basis. The main goal is to help the heads of executive governments to pursue a more effective industrial policy. This year, the intramutal training of the program runs from May 15-19, the final part will be held on the territory of the Technopolis "Moscow".
