The Association of Clusters, Technology Parks, and SEZ of Russia is organizing a business mission to Ethiopia

The Association of Clusters, Technoparks and SEZs of Russia (ACKT RF) has announced a planned business mission to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, scheduled to take place from July 24 to 27, 2025.

The event aims to strengthen trade and industrial cooperation between Russian and Ethiopian enterprises, facilitate the exchange of experience, and attract investments within the framework of the BRICS International Association of SEZs.

Main objectives of the mission:

• Development of cooperation between management companies of infrastructure platforms, including Special Economic Zones (SEZs), industrial parks, and technoparks.

• Facilitation of joint projects implementation in economic sectors prioritized by Ethiopia.

Priority sectors for cooperation:

1. Agriculture and Food Processing: Supply of agricultural machinery, fertilizers, establishment of processing enterprises.

2. Manufacturing Industry: Textiles, pharmaceuticals, production of construction materials and metal products.

3. Mining Industry: Gold, lithium, and copper mining; production of mineral fertilizers.

4. Energy: Supply of energy equipment and cable products.

5. Infrastructure and Logistics: Construction of railways, dry ports, establishment of warehouse complexes.

The Association invites enterprises and partners from the aforementioned sectors to participate in the business mission.
