Mikhail Labudin held a meeting with Daniyar Akkaziev, Executive Director of the Russia–ASEAN Business Council

The meeting participants reviewed the prospects for cooperation between the AKIT of the Russian Federation and the Russia–ASEAN Business Council in order to establish cooperative ties with enterprises located in 11 ASEAN countries.

Special attention was paid to the implementation of joint projects in the territories of special economic zones, industrial parks and technoparks, as well as to strengthening cooperation during major discussion-format events held in Russia and the ASEAN countries throughout the year. 

In addition, they discussed joint work within the framework of the AKIT RF project "Development of cooperation between Russia and the ASEAN countries in the field of SEZ and industrial infrastructure sites", which is being implemented with the support of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia. 

"Work in this area will open up direct opportunities for members of the Association of Clusters, Technoparks and SEZs of Russia to enter the markets of friendly ASEAN countries. This will make it possible to establish effective cooperation and implement joint initiatives both on the territory of the Russian Federation and abroad," said Mikhail Labudin, Director of the AKIT of the Russian Federation.
