InRussia 2026 will bring together a federal business program, practical formats, and the National Ranking of Russia’s technology parks

On October 8–10, the InRussia 2026 International Forum will be held in Omsk. The first day will be devoted to practical and educational formats, and on October 9, the main business program of the forum will be held at the Regional Congress Hall — from a plenary discussion on technological leadership to industry sessions on state support, investment, digitalization, and the development of industrial infrastructure. The business day will conclude with a presentation of the XII National Ranking of Technoparks of Russia.

On October 8, participants will be able to visit existing enterprises and infrastructure sites in Omsk. A separate program will feature a special educational track of the NAAIR “Invest Campus. School of Investors.” Within its framework, there will be a reference visit to the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency and practical work with tools for attracting investors. The daily program includes presentations by Andrey Shpilenko, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Omsk Region, Rafael Khusyainshin, Executive Director of the NAAIR, and Dmitry Bogdanov, curator of the NAAIR Training Center. Participants will examine models and channels for attracting investment, negotiations with investors, the competitive advantages of territories, and the promotion of investment proposals.

October 9 will be the central business day of InRussia 2026. The program will begin with the opening and a tour of the exhibition showcasing the products of industrial clusters and residents of the infrastructure sites in the Omsk Region, with the participation of Ivan Kulikov, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation. This will be followed by a plenary session titled “Industrial Infrastructure and Clusters — Platforms for Implementing National Projects of Technological Leadership,” which will be moderated by Mikhail Labudin, Director of the Association of Clusters, Technoparks and Special Economic Zones of Russia, and Chairman of the Council of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation on Industrial Development and the Competitiveness of the Russian Economy.

Throughout the day, discussions will be held in parallel on the design of industrial infrastructure, the development of technology parks and clusters as ecosystems, improving regulation, sustainable development, attracting residents, staffing, and digital transformation. A separate workshop by AKIT RF will be devoted to mechanisms of state support for industrial infrastructure, and another session will focus on the use of digital solutions and AI in the work of management companies.

A separate event will be the joint meeting of the Council of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation on industrial development and the competitiveness of the Russian economy and the Coordination Council of the MASC on industry and scientific and technical development. The agenda includes proposals for improving the requirements for industrial parks, the effectiveness of support measures, and the development of industrial cooperation.

The business program will be completed on October 9 with the presentation of the XII National Ranking of Technoparks in Russia. The ranking has been conducted by AKIT RF since 2015 and serves as a tool for assessing the effectiveness of technoparks and the investment attractiveness of infrastructure sites for the implementation of industrial projects. The results of the new cycle will be presented for the first time to the participants of InRussia 2026 in Omsk. The presentation is scheduled for 18:00.
