INNOPROM-2023: SUSTAINABLE PRODUCTION AND NEW PROSPECTS FOR INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT

From July 10 to 13, Yekaterinburg hosted the country's main industrial exhibition - Innoprom-2023. The main theme of this year was "Sustainable production: Renewal strategies". The main areas of discussion included metalworking, digital manufacturing, transport engineering, technologies for energy, new materials, industrial IT, medical equipment, technologies for cities and the production of components.

The exhibition was attended by delegations from 16 foreign countries, eight of which presented national expositions. In addition, 25 expositions from the subjects of the Russian Federation were presented at the site.

"Participation in the international industrial exhibition Innoprom-2023 is always a significant event for us. This is not only an opportunity to present our Association and our members, but also an important platform for effective communication, establishing new agreements and discussing key topics of industrial development," says Mikhail Labudin, Director of the Association of Clusters, Technoparks and SEZs of Russia.

Innoprom's business program included more than 100 events, such as conferences, seminars and presentations of companies and regions. One of the key events was the main strategic session with the participation of Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

"In the speech of Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, important points were reflected regarding international cooperation and prospects for the development of domestic industry," the Director of the AKIT of the Russian Federation emphasizes.

As part of the Innoprom-2023 business program, Mikhail Labudin, Director of the Association of Clusters, Technoparks and SEZ of Russia, held a number of meetings and took part in round tables "PPP in industry: Industrial clusters, support measures, sustainable development", "Efficiency of the new mode of operation of industrial clusters" and "ESG: Sovereign development or global cooperation". At expert platforms, he presented the position of the Association and its members, where he paid special attention to the organization of cooperative chains, the identification of import-substituting projects, as well as obtaining state support measures and sustainable development.

At the presentation dedicated to the Cosmos ecosystem, Mikhail Labudin made a presentation about technoparks in the field of electronic industry. "Let me remind you that on June 19, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law on the creation of technoparks in the field of high technologies: a legal status was determined for them. Currently, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia is developing requirements that will be applied to them. The Association of Clusters, Technoparks and SEZS of Russia is actively involved in the development of the document," says the Director of AKIT RF.

In addition, an Agreement on cooperation and interaction between the Association of Clusters, Technoparks and SEZS of Russia and the Government of Ugra was signed at the Innoprom-2023 site. It is aimed at the implementation of investment projects and contributes to the further development of both sides.
