The largest industrial park of Bashkortostan "Ufa" was included in the List of projects for the creation, modernization and reconstruction of infrastructure facilities of industrial parks, industrial technoparks and technoparks in the field of high technologies.

The corresponding Decree was signed by the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin. The republic will receive compensation in the amount of 1.5 billion rubles for the creation of the production infrastructure of the plant for the production of equipment for post-harvest grain processing "Amkodor-Agidel". Thanks to the decision of the federal Government, the republic will be able to reimburse the costs incurred within two years.

"Compensation in the amount of 1.5 billion rubles to the industrial park of Bashkortostan "Ufa" will compensate for the previously incurred costs of the created infrastructure. In the future, funds may also be used to create additional infrastructure for potential residents, which will increase the investment potential of the industrial park and the region as a whole," commented Mikhail Labudin, Director of the Association of Clusters, Technoparks and SEZs of Russia.

To date, the occupancy rate of the Ufa Industrial Park is 98%. 19 companies have the status of residents of the preferential zone and seven are infrastructure users. The functions of the management company are assigned to the regional Development Corporation, which in turn provides residents with all the necessary infrastructure for the development of production facilities.

"More and more large investors are choosing Ufa for the implementation of their projects, which directly affects tax generation. Since the creation of the park, about four billion rubles have been invested in the development of industrial infrastructure, and the amount of taxes paid by residents has reached nine billion. I would like to note that in 2022 alone, the amount of taxes paid by residents of the industrial park to all budget levels amounted to more than one billion rubles. So, for one ruble invested in the creation of the park's infrastructure, 10 rubles of private investment were attracted, and 2.4 rubles were sent to the consolidated budget in the form of taxes," explained Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
