ACTP RF and the Indonesian Industrial Zones Association signed a memorandum of cooperation at INNOPROM 2026

At the INNOPROM-2026 International Industrial Exhibition in Yekaterinburg, the Association of Clusters, Technology Parks, and Special Economic Zones of Russia and the Indonesian Industrial Zones Association (HKI) signed a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at developing Russian-Indonesian cooperation in industrial infrastructure, technology, and investment cooperation.

The signing ceremony was attended by Anton Alikhanov, Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, and Agus Gumiwang Kartasasmita, Minister of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia. The participation of the heads of the relevant ministries from both countries underscored the strategic nature of the agreements reached and the high level of Russian-Indonesian industrial cooperation.

The document provides for the development of trade and industrial cooperation between Russia and Indonesia, the expansion of partnerships between industrial enterprises and higher education institutions in research, development, and technology transfer, as well as cooperation in creating modern industrial infrastructure, including industrial and technology parks, for the implementation of Russian business projects in Indonesia.

Mikhail Labudin, Director of the Association of Clusters, Technology Parks, and SEZs of Russia, noted that the agreement opens up new opportunities for practical cooperation between the two countries.

"The signing of the memorandum with the Association of Industrial Zones of Indonesia is an important step in the development of international industrial cooperation. Today, the exchange of best practices in the creation and development of industrial infrastructure, the implementation of joint projects, and the formation of new production chains are particularly important. I am confident that the combined expertise of Russian and Indonesian partners will create a solid foundation for long-term cooperation and the launch of mutually beneficial investment initiatives," said Labudin.

The signing of the memorandum marks the next stage in the development of the international activities of the Association of Clusters, Technology Parks, and SEZs of Russia, aimed at expanding partnerships with foreign development institutions and creating new opportunities for Russian industrial enterprises in promising foreign markets.
